ARGUMENTS

14       int error   is a GnuTLS error code, a negative value

DESCRIPTION

17       This  function  is  similar  to  strerror.   The  difference is that it
18       accepts an error number returned by a gnutls function; In  case  of  an
19       unknown error a descriptive string is sent instead of NULL.

21       Error codes are always a negative value.
