ARGUMENTS

14       int error   is  an error returned by a gnutls function. Error is always
15                   a negative value.

DESCRIPTION

18       This function is similar to  strerror().  Differences:  it  accepts  an
19       error number returned by a gnutls function; In case of an unknown error
20       a descriptive string is sent instead of NULL.
