18       This method of returning errors is used only in connection  with  obso‐

21       The  <netdb.h> header provides a declaration of h_errno as a modifiable
22       lvalue of type int.

24       It is unspecified whether h_errno is a macro or an identifier  declared
25       with  external linkage. If a macro definition is suppressed in order to
26       access an actual object, or a program defines an  identifier  with  the
27       name h_errno, the behavior is undefined.
