6       nbd_aio_is_dead - check if the connection is dead

DESCRIPTION

14       Return true if the connection has encountered a fatal error and is
15       dead.  In this state the handle may only be closed.  There is no way to
16       recover a handle from the dead state.

19       This call returns a boolean value.
