6       nbd_aio_is_dead - check if the connection is dead

DESCRIPTION

16       Return true if the connection has encountered a fatal error and is
17       dead.  In this state the handle may only be closed.  There is no way to
18       recover a handle from the dead state.

21       This call returns a boolean value.
